                  Entire Parcel Is Damaged During Shipment

• If the parcel is damaged during shipment or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person and contact customer care mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.

We do not guarantee for time to delivery, but based on our experience here are the ETA Shiping Mode ETA Normal Parcel 7-10 Working days Speed Post 4-5 Working days

Important Notice For North Indian states the delivery time is 20-40 days Speed post are only faster for other states (Outside Tamil Nadu) Within Tamil Nadu State both Speed Post and Normal Parcel time are delivered in same speed

Tracking Number Not Working?

The tracking number will start working after the parcel starts from distribution center. Also the tracking details are updated on working days/working hours, not on weekend or holidays.

Through Which Shipping Service/Company Do You Ship Product ?

At present, We only ship via India Post.

Why Don’t You Ship By Private Courier Company ?

We don’t ship by private for below reason

· Very small pin code are only shippable

· Very costly, only very few customers are selecting private courier company

· Private companies have large minimum order per day

I am Ready To Pay Extra, Can You Ship Via 3rd Party Courier ?

YES, We only ship via India Posts parcel service; but on request we do ship through other logistics and courier services at an extra cost
